Our group of 11 had a few dietary needs (nut-free, gluten-free), and Joe was not only incredibly responsive but also meticulous in ensuring every meal was prepared safely and deliciously.From the start, he was patient as we finalized the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that elevated our dining experience. The food itself was incredible—both in taste and presentation. Even those who had previously dined with a private chef were impressed by the extra touches, like warm towels and a palate cleanser, which made the evening feel even more special. He is very gifted at what he does and we were grateful to have been able to have him cook for us!Kimberly, his assistant, was equally fantastic—attentive, professional, patient, personable, and always anticipating our needs.When they were done they left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived.
